CraftPH is a locally made brand based in GMA, Cavite, dedicated to creating functional and timeless coin purse wallets for everyday use.
At CraftPH, we believe that everyday essentials are more than just things you carry — they are quiet reminders of your journey, hard work, and growth.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply choose your preferred item or design from our catalog. Once you’ve selected an item, click “Add to Cart”.
After completing your selection, proceed to checkout and kindly fill in the buyer’s details along with the complete shipping address. You may then proceed with your preferred payment method. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, and bank transfer payments.
Estimated delivery time is around 2–3 days within Luzon and 5–7 days for Visayas and Mindanao areas.

What are your shipping rates and delivery time?
Our courier partner is J&T Express. Shipping rates are as follows: ₱85 for Luzon, ₱95 for NCR, ₱100 for Visayas, ₱105 for Mindanao, and ₱115 for island areas.
Estimated delivery time is around 2–3 days for Luzon and NCR, while Visayas, Mindanao, and island areas usually take 5–7 days. Once you place an order, we prepare and ship it right away.
What is your return and exchange policy?
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 7-day replacement policy for eligible items.
How to Request Support:
Time frame: Within 7 days from the date of delivery
To request a replacement, please email us at craftphshop@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return”
Include the following details in your email:
* Order number
* Courier name
* Tracking number
* Clear photo/video showing the issue (defective or damaged item)
Kindly arrange the return shipment to our warehouse address:
Block 7 Lot 32, Brgy. Poblacion 2, GMA, Cavite
Our team will review your email and send a confirmation as soon as possible.
Please also indicate the reason for the return in your message.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow exchanges within 7 business days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in original condition. Exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of damage upon return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be shouldered by the customer.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take quality seriously and carefully inspect each product multiple times before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item, kindly email us at craftphshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly and find a suitable solution.
